The procedure
The application allows tenured staff and temporary teaching staff to view the tax data held on the system and/or to communicate new information if new staff are employed or when changes are made to existing data.
The competent offices, in real time and eliminating the use of paper forms, will receive user entries and modifications in real-time. These will be considered self-certifications and, following verification by the competent offices, will be entered onto the system, producing the due fiscal effects.
At the start of a new procedure, current personnel will not have to take any action if their fiscal position is unchanged as existing data will continue to apply.
On U-WEB My Fiscal and social security procedure, users may modify/upload data related to:
- Tax credits for tenured staff
- Application of income supplement (only for incomes below €15,000)
- Family tax allowances (e.g., children over 21 years of age)
- Data entry regarding non-dependent family members (husband, wife, children)
- Application of IRPEF tax rates
- Application of ‘Rientro dei Cervelli’ tax relief
- Declarations of employee (e.g., compliance with the public finance limit)
- Tax position (only for temporary teaching staff, if needed for salary payments)
